Leadership Team

Richard Fowler, Chief Executive Officer

Richard Fowler launched his career in janitorial services more than 30 years ago by purchasing Sunstates Maintenance – a small, independent company – from his father David. Since then, Richard grew Sunstates into one of the largest and most respected service companies in the U.S. Richard's passion for excellent customer service and fair pricing forged Sunstates into a leader in the janitorial industry. His devotion to running Sunstates as a family business – no matter how large it grew – made working with Richard a joy for both customers and employees alike. With an exemplary list of references – including several Fortune 500 companies such as Toyota, DuPont, American Express and Campbell Soups – Sunstates was respected for both its quality of service as well as its outstanding workplace environment. Richard sold Sunstates in 2003 but remained on with the new company, GCA Services, as Division President until 2008.

Richard is also currently CEO of Seacrest Services inc. – Sun Building Maintenance's parent company. With Seacrest, Richard was able to once again apply his trademark leadership and business-building formulae to transform business from a small property management company into the premier, full service, residential property management company in South Florida. Seacrest is currently headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida, and employs over 550 team members in the area.
